A $100 deposit is required to reserve your 2-hour field trip. Total cost is $14 per student with a $200 minimum; the deposit will be applied to the final balance. Tax-exempt groups must provide a valid exemption certificate at the time of deposit. Groups arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their time shortened or reservation forfeited. $80/hour during business hours. Entry fee per person is waived and does not apply. Maximum number of persons is approximately 40. $120/hour outside of normal business hours. This charge begins at 5:00 (6:00 on Fridays) and must conclude by 8:30. The normal entry fee is waived and does not apply. Maximum group size is approximately 50. 2-hour minimum reservation, after 2 hours, 30 minute increments apply, but no pro-rating. All reservations require a $80 non-refundable deposit that will be credited to your final bill at the end of your event if premises are left in good condition as determined by Meadowlark Farm employee. In the case of severe weather we try to work with you to reschedule, but deposits are non-refundable. Enclosed, heated shelter is under construction. NOTE: Due to high customer volume in October, we are not able to make reservations for weekend business hours that occur in October. October reservations must be for weekdays only or after business hours.

Parking, restroom and full pedestrian and limited vehicle access to the orchards, farm store and farm house environs. Access to the farm during normal business hours or during off hours. Access to additional areas of the farm – such as the nature trail, ponds, greenhouses, etc. – can be arranged with special permission. Special seating, facilitation of larger group photo sessions, usage of farm props – such as the antique tractor, farm animals, etc. can be arranged with special permission. $25.00 per hour for usage during normal business hours as posted on our webpage, with no partial hours or pro-rating. $50.00 per hour for usage during off –hours as posted on our webpage with no partial hours or pro-rating, and with the off hour fee starting at the time of farm closure. Other usage requiring special permission will have an extra charge.
